طريقة استخدام الدفتر الرقمي

الدفتر الرقمي ملف PDF تفاعلي واحد، يصلكم فور إتمام الطلب. هذه الصفحة توضّح كيف تفتحونه وتستخدمونه بأفضل صورة، وكل ما فيها توصيات من تجربتنا — استخدموا البرنامج الذي يريحكم.

١. تحميل الملف

بعد إتمام الطلب يظهر رابط التحميل في صفحة الطلب، ويصلكم كذلك على بريدكم الإلكتروني. نزّلوا الملف على أجهزتكم، واحتفظوا بنسخة أصلية جانبًا قبل أن تبدؤوا الكتابة، لترجعوا إليها متى شئتم.

٢. البرنامج المناسب لجهازكم

الملف بصيغة PDF قياسية، ويعمل مع تطبيقات PDF المعروفة.

الأجهزة اللوحية، وهي الأنسب: الدفتر مصمَّم لشاشات الأجهزة اللوحية، والكتابة فيه بالقلم أسلس تجربة. يعمل مع تطبيق «معاينة» ومع كل تطبيقات التدوين التي تتعامل مع ملفات PDF.
الجوال والكمبيوتر: احفظوا الملف في مساحة تخزين سحابية مثل iCloud أو Google Drive وفعّلوا المزامنة، فتفتحونه من أي جهاز وتكملون من حيث توقفتم.
الويندوز والأندرويد: تطبيقات PDF التي تدعم الكتابة وتعبئة الحقول.

ولا يلزمكم شراء برنامج إضافي — ما هو متوفر على أجهزتكم يفي بالغرض.

٣. الكتابة داخل الدفتر

بالقلم: على أجهزة آبل فعّلوا خاصية Scribble من الإعدادات، وهي تدعم العربية والإنجليزية. اكتبوا بخط اليد داخل الحقل فيتحوّل نصًا، وعند الانتهاء اضغطوا «تم / Done» لإغلاق الكتابة والانتقال إلى الرسم. وفي الأجهزة الأخرى استخدموا أداة الكتابة في تطبيق PDF.
بالكيبورد: الأسرع لتدوين المحاضرات الطويلة، خاصة من الكمبيوتر.
بالإملاء الصوتي: انطقوا الملاحظة فتُكتب نيابة عنكم.
اللصق: كأي ملف PDF — ضغطة مطوّلة على الشاشة ثم «لصق».

٤. أفكار تستفيدون منها

الصقوا جدولكم الدراسي في مساحة التقويم المخصّصة له.
دوّنوا أهم تنبيهاتكم، وامسحوها وأعيدوا كتابتها متى شئتم — الصفحات قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام بلا حدّ.
لكل مادة فهرس خاص، وفي كل صفحة أزرار تنقّل توصلكم إلى المحاضرة مباشرة.
رتّبوا طريقة المذاكرة من البداية: أغلب المحاضرات والكتب اليوم إلكترونية، فأنشئوا لكل مادة مجلدًا على iCloud أو Google Drive وارفعوا فيه ملفاتها، ثم انسخوا رابط المجلد والصقوه في صفحة فهرس تلك المادة داخل الدفتر. بعدها تصلون إلى مقرراتكم بضغطة واحدة من داخل الدفتر نفسه.

٥. نسختكم الاحتياطية

احفظوا الملف في iCloud أو Google Drive، لتبقى ملاحظاتكم موجودة لو فُقد الجهاز.

٦. كلمة صغيرة

هذا الدفتر خرج بعد تجارب كثيرة وتعديلات لا تنتهي، وكل نسخة تُشترى هي ما يعيننا على تطويره وإصدار ما بعده. نأمل أن يكون استخدامكم له شخصيًا، وإن أعجبكم فخير ما تدعموننا به أن ترشّحوه لزملائكم. شكرًا لثقتكم.

How to Use Your Digital Notebook

Your digital notebook is a single interactive PDF, delivered the moment your order is complete. This page explains how to open and use it at its best. Everything here is a recommendation from our own experience — use whichever app suits you.

1. Download the file

Your download link appears on the order page right after checkout, and is emailed to you as well. Save the file to your device, and keep one untouched copy aside before you start writing, so you can always return to it.

2. Choosing an app

The file is a standard PDF and works with well-known PDF apps.

Tablets — the best fit: the notebook is designed for tablet screens, and writing with a stylus is the smoothest experience. It works with Preview and with every note-taking app that handles PDFs.
Phone and computer: keep the file in cloud storage such as iCloud or Google Drive with sync on, and open it from any device, picking up exactly where you left off.
Windows and Android: PDF apps that support writing and form filling.

You do not need to buy any additional software — what is already on your device will do.

3. Writing in your notebook

With a stylus: on Apple devices turn on Scribble in Settings — it supports both Arabic and English. Write by hand inside a field and it converts to text; when you finish, tap "Done" to close the field and switch back to drawing. On other devices, use your PDF app's pen tool.
With a keyboard: fastest for long lectures, especially on a computer.
With dictation: speak your note and it is typed for you.
Pasting: exactly like any PDF — press and hold on the screen, then tap Paste.

4. Ideas worth trying

Paste your class schedule into the calendar space made for it.
Write your key reminders, then erase and rewrite them whenever you like — the pages are endlessly reusable.
Every subject has its own index, and every page has navigation buttons that take you straight to a lecture.
Set up your study system from day one: most lectures and textbooks are digital now, so create a folder on iCloud or Google Drive for each subject, upload its files there, then copy the folder link and paste it on that subject's index page inside the notebook. From then on you reach your material in one tap from inside the notebook itself.

5. Keep a backup

Store the file in iCloud or Google Drive so your notes survive a lost device.

6. A short word

This notebook came together after a great deal of experimenting and endless revisions, and every copy purchased is what allows us to keep improving it and to release what comes next.
